Current contact status
Cathay Codex is in public beta and does not currently operate a public email inbox, account system, newsletter, or submission database. No contact address is invented or published before it can be monitored and secured.
If this site was shared with you through an existing platform, task, or publisher channel, use that same channel and link directly to this page so the correction can be evaluated against the policy below.
Correction packet
Include the exact page URL, the sentence or image at issue, the proposed correction, and a primary or authoritative source. For a translation issue, include the original wording and the relevant edition or recording.
Do not send passwords, private account information, unpublished game material, personal identification, or confidential documents. The site publishes only evidence that can be checked responsibly.
Rights notice packet
Identify the asset, the page where it appears, the right being asserted, the rights holder, and a public record or other documentation. State whether the requested outcome is attribution, correction, replacement, or removal.
A credible notice is reviewed promptly. Material may be temporarily removed while the evidence is checked; removal does not concede a disputed claim.
Future public channel
When a monitored public channel is available, it will be published on this page and in the Organization structured data. Until then, the absence of an inbox is disclosed rather than replaced with a non-working address or data-collecting form.
The site will not add a newsletter or contact form until consent, retention, abuse protection, and correction handling are defined.
